Your Red Top charge account will provide superb documentation of your local travel
expenses and eliminate reimbursement records. A detailed statement of account use
is provided semi-monthly. With a user name and password, you can review your account
activity on-line ant any time. Your statement will provide passenger names, date
and times of service, pick up points and destinations. For your convenience, we
can also capture and report client codes, cost centers, and/or authorizing individuals.
Entries on your statement can be grouped and totaled by subcategories. When your
Red Top account is established, we will assign an Account Executive to answer any
questions you may have about our array of services and to help you maximize the
