Rates and Services
MILEAGE PLAN
$25 minimum includes the first 5 miles and up to 15 minutes of waiting time at the point of pickup. Additional miles are just $2.25 each. Additional waiting time, including stops en route, will be billed at $12.50 for each fifteen minutes or fraction thereof. One way trips originating or terminating outside of our Washington, DC metropolitan service area will be charged as round trips.
HOURLY RATE
When service with multiple stops (including stops en route and wait and return ) is provided exclusively within the city of Washington, DC, time charges will apply and there will be no mileage charge. A $25 minimum includes the first half hour of service. Thereafter additional time will be charged at $12.50 per quarter hour ($50/hr.) Hourly charges will commence upon arrival of your vehicle but not sooner than the scheduled reservation. A grace period of up to fifteen minutes of waiting will apply at the point of pick up for “next available” orders. The hourly rate does not apply for airport service.

* A $10.00 fee will be added for all service from the airports. This charge includes up to 30 minutes of waiting time, parking fees and meeting passengers at baggage claim. Additional waiting time will be billed at $12.50 per each fifteen minutes or fraction thereof. For airport rates to/from other locations phone 703-522-3300 or 1-800-296-3300. Airport trips with interim stops will be charged mileage plus waiting time rates.
Please note that tolls and parking may be additional.
$10 surcharge will apply for all service commencing between 12:01am and 5am.
A 15% GRATUITY WILL BE ADDED TO ALL CHARGES
Sport Utility Vehicles, Passenger Vans and other high capacity vehicles are available at different rates.
Cancellation Policy: There will be no charge for reservations cancelled prior to one hour before the scheduled service. Cancellations within one hour of scheduled service and/or cancellations without prior notification to Red Top will be charged $25 plus parking feesincurred while waiting. We provide a toll free number (1-800-296-3300) for cancellations or rescheduling. If you have difficulty locating your Red Top driver, please call 703-522-3300 or our toll free number to avoid a cancellation charge.
